Enjoy one hour a week of moving, breathing and being fully present in the moment during our relaxed, yet informative introduction to Tai chi chuan. This free 12-week session focuses on a martial art that originated in china and is known as a mind-body practice with many health benefits. Veterans and military families are welcome to attend this Free event.

Class activities will include:
-Warm-up Exercises for any physical ability
-Qigong Exercise - 8 Brocades (known as Ba Duan Jin)
-Qigong Exercise - I Chin Ching (similar to isometric exercises)
-Tai Chi Form Practice - Tai Chi Chuan Yang Style (involves 24 movements)
-2 to 4-minute breathing meditation
