Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese art that connects breathing and meditation with movement. It helps to decrease stress, increase flexibility and strength, and improve overall health. Similar to Tai Chi, this form of Qi Gong is easier to learn, involves fewer movements, and can be done at various fitness levels.
This class is appropriate for ALL ages, but may especially benefit you if you are:
-over age 65
-experience balance or strength issues
-have difficulty focusing and remembering
