Grief 101 is a Free education and support group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. The loss does not have to be recent. Each session is led by a trained Medical Social Worker.

Topics include:

-The journey of grief
-Understanding the experience of grief
-Suggestions for coping with grief
-Understanding family dynamics during grief
-Getting through special days
-Reinvesting in life
