VIRTUAL Fitness, Function and Mobility Exercise Program
Looking to increase strength, agility, coordination and balance to improve daily function?
This is the Class for you! It is low impact to stay strong and mobile.
Description- Fit For Life classes are for all levels of fitness. The exercises are focused on functional training which involves training the body to perform everyday activities safely and efficiently.
The classes include low impact cardio, strength training, balance, agility and more!
The program is designed to enhance mobility and fitness and to reduce the risk of secondary complications such as falls, fracture and heart disease all while staying strong!
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 11am-12pm
$65 for 6-week Virtual Zoom Program
Make-up classes are available Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 8am.
