Caregivers face many challenges. To provide encouragement and a safe place to share, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network hosts a free Caregiver Support Group each month.

Facilitated by the Good Shepherd Psychology Group, attendees can share challenges and provide mutual support.

Meeting may also include presentations on relevant topics, including:

Care for the caregiver
Stress management
Local resources
Financial planning
Life planning
Managing paid caregivers
Managing challenging behavior
