Schedule of Events:

VIP Christmas Light Parade & Sand Course/LED Show
6:15 pm: staging at Rudee Loop
6:30 - 7:00 pm: VIP Christmas Light Parade
7:10 - 8:30 pm: VIP Evening Sand Course
Parade viewing from Boardwalk or Clayton's Counter restaurant
Located in the Oceanfront Inn, Boardwalk at 29th St

Christmas Light Parade
7:00 pm: staging at Rudee Loop  
7:15 - 8:15 pm: Parade
Viewing area from Boardwalk or Clayton's Counter restaurant

Brew Down/Show & Shine
New Realm Brewing Co.
1209 Craft Lane, Virginia Beach VA        
Judging at 8:00 pm, Awards at 9:45 pm
Saturday, Nov 9
VIP Christmas Light Parade & Sand Course/LED Show (early Shift)
6:15 pm: staging at Rudee Loop
6:30 - 7:00 pm: VIP Christmas Light Parade
7:10 - 8:30 pm: VIP Evening Sand Course
Parade viewing from Boardwalk or Clayton's Counter restaurant
Located in the Oceanfront Inn, Boardwalk at 29th St

Beach Course

Shift 1
7:30 - 9:00 AM
Must arrive by 30 minutes in advance of Shift 1 for staging at Rudee Inlet Loop
All Jeeps will leave Rudee Inlet Loop and enter the beach at 20th Street
Jeeps will drive in a straight row with a lead vehicle and a chase vehicle
Air down to 15-17 PSI and make sure you are in 4-wheel drive
Bring  own compressor to air up

Shift 2
9:30 - 11:00 AM
Must arrive by 30 minutes in advance of Shift 2 for staging at Rudee Inlet Loop
All Jeeps will leave Rudee Inlet Loop and enter the beach at 20th Street
Jeeps will drive in a straight row with a lead vehicle and a chase vehicle
Air down to 15-17 PSI and make sure you are in 4-wheel drive
Bring  own compressor to air up

Sand Course
Shift 1:
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Must arrive 30 minutes in advance  for staging at Rudee Inlet Loop
All Jeeps will leave Rudee Inlet Loop and enter the beach at 20th Street
Follow lead vehicle to Sand Course Staging Area at 26th Street
Jeeps will drive to Sand Course entrance.
Ride the Sand Course as many times as you want during your 90 minute Shift!
Air down to 15-17 PSI and make sure you are in 4-wheel drive
Bring  own compressor to air up

Shift 2:
1:00 - 2:30 PM   
Must arrive 30 minutes in advance  for staging at Rudee Inlet Loop
All Jeeps will leave Rudee Inlet Loop and enter the beach at 20th St
Follow lead vehicle to Sand Course Staging Area at 26th Street
Jeeps will drive to Sand Course entrance.
Ride the Sand Course as many times as you want during your 90 minute Shift!
Air down to 15-17 PSI and make sure you are in 4-wheel drive

Shift 3:
3:00 - 4:30 PM   
Must arrive 30 minutes in advance  for staging at Rudee Inlet Loop

Jeeps will drive to Sand Course entrance.
