The 2024 Auburn California Veterans Day Parade And Community Ceremony
Honoring Cold War Veterans
The Parade will begin at 10:50 am at the corner of Lincoln Way and Cleveland Ave. and will proceed down Lincoln Way. The parade will pause at the Central Square at 11:00am. There will be a brief patriotic ceremony with the release of doves, followed by a three volley rifle salute and TAPS. The parade will resume on High Street and end at the Gold Country Fairgrounds.
The first 500 veterans at the parade will be awarded a commemorative medal.
American flags and programs listing the units in the parade will be distributed to spectators along the parade route.
There will be rides provided to veterans who wish to be in the parade but cannot walk the distance.

"Proud to be an American" Celebration:
This special celebration and ceremony will be held following the luncheon. There will be music, singing and exhibitions.
Route:
The parade will continue west on Lincoln Way and stop at Central Square for Taps and a dove release. Visit "Maps" for more information on parade route.
