Transition/Staging area: ~100ft east of the lake, in front of the Integrity Wealth Advisors Office. During the race, the south end of the transition area will be for entering (swim to bike, bike to run) and the north end will be for exiting (bike, run).

Swim (Triathlon): The swim begins in waist-deep water, just off the bank, in Lake Aspen. Sprint competitors will make one counterclockwise lap around the lake (750 meters). Olympic competitors will be making two laps (1.5 kilometers). The swim exit is just south of the swim start, it will be marked and have volunteers to assist with exiting the water. You will about 100ft east after leaving the water to enter the transition area.

Bike (Triathlon/Duathlon): The bike course is an out and back configuration. It will be well marked and have volunteers or traffic control at every intersection. Bikers will leave the transition area on the north end, through the tree-lined path, and follow markings/volunteers to exit Lake Aspen business park onto 16th avenue, heading south (right turn). The course takes riders along a northeast route following the Naches River, with sprint bikes turning around at the top of a small hill where Young Grade Rd intersects with S. Naches Rd and the Olympic bikes will be turning around at Ranger Rd, almost to the town of Naches. Bikers will need to dismount before entering the transition area

Run (Triathlon/Duathlon Run#2): The run course is an out and back configuration. Runners will exit the transition area to the north and head towards 16th ave, turning left this time (north) and then turning left onto the Greenway pathway. The path will take runners west past Lake Aspen and Willow Lake. Sprint runners will be directed to turn left just before Lake Myron, while Olympic runners will continue on the path, crossing 40th ave, and turning around after crossing the Naches River bridge near Gleed, WA. On their return, runners will be directed through a gate on the north end of the business park and continue on to the finish on the grassy lawn.

Run (Duathlon #1): The first leg of the Duathlon will be a short (~600m) counterclockwise run around the north end of the Lake Aspen business park. Runners will start in the transition area, heading north and will return through the south entrance.
