Carving, Ghosts, Spook Lights, Movies: Big Wow Hallowe’En Fun

Our Haunted Hallowe’en programs are doing a COVID upshift this year, offering smaller-scale, family friendly activities with masks and social distancing rules in place to keep everyone safe. From a new lighted walking tour of our decorated historic sites to an array of spooky ghost tours, pumpkin-carving demonstrations and outdoor movies to Texas yodeling, a Pioneer Pumpkin Patch and Dia de Los Muertos exhibits, the programs will celebrate the spirit of the Orange Orbs in a uniquely Austin way.

Buy a pumpkin and carve it at a socially distanced table. A bonfire each night will celebrate the season, just like in the 1800s.

come solve a Hallowe’en-themed mystery at the historic Bell House. One Halloween in ages past, several mysterious visitors disappeared here. It’s up to you to find them by connecting the clues in each room of the Bell House.

Each night offers different opportunities for safe family fun, including the following activities.
