The ups and downs of life are hard enough, but throw Type One Diabetes in the mix and you are in for a ride with many twists and turns. Whether it is you or someone you love who has been diagnosed with Type One Diabetes, we want you to know you are not alone.This group is led by a Public Health Educator, who has had Type One Diabetes herself for twenty years.

Come connect and meet others living with Type One Diabetes who understand your struggles and frustrations with this disease. Support from loved ones is vital to the health and well being of people with Type One Diabetes. Family, friends, and caregivers for people with Type One are welcome to join. You are not alone! We are here to encourage, guide, and support you through your journey of Type One. Each session we will cover new topics, relate to personal experiences, and learn about ways we can tackle Type One head on.
