Conway Robinson State Forest holds 444 acres of pine plantation, mixed pine and old-growth hardwoods that make it one of the largest tracts of undeveloped land owned by the Commonwealth in all of Northern Virginia. It is also home to 4+ miles of multi-purpose trails, almost entirely shaded by tree cover, which make it a perfect place to continue our Twilight Trail Series as we come out of the summer heat and head into Fall.

With a bit of none-too-steep elevation change, some rocky and rooted terrain, some very smooth pine needle beds, and also a few stream crossings this course will also be immersed in this middle of the prime foliage of fall leaf color changing.
