Are you undergoing joint replacement surgery? Join us for a free online class designed to help you prepare and relieve any anxiety you may have.

Topics will include:

-What to do before and after surgery
-Pain management
-Your role in recovery
-Physical therapy
-Preparing your home for any physical limitations you may have after surgery

The class is free but registration is required.

Class format will be held online via Zoom. After registration, a confirmation email including the Zoom meeting link will be sent to the registered email.
