Are you undergoing joint replacement surgery? Join us for a FREE online class designed to help you prepare and relieve any anxiety you may have. This class is an extensive teaching regarding pre and post operative information of total joint hip and knee surgeries.

-What to do before and after surgery
-Pain management
-Your role in recovery
-Physical therapy- Preparing your home for any physical limitations you may have after surgery
