This class is designed for patients who are schedule to have a total joint surgery (knee and hip) to learn what to expect and help to prepare for successful recovery. 

In this class you will learn everything from:

-Instructions for the night before surgery

-How to prepare your home for recovery

-Basic anatomy of the hip and knee

-Understanding Joint Replacement Surgery

Class format will be held online via Zoom. After registration, a confirmation email including the Zoom meeting link will be sent to the registered email.
