Today is the day to quit smoking.

IU Health White Memorial is offering a virtual 8-week virtual tobacco cessation group for individuals who are ready to quit tobacco. The meetings are aimed at providing support from a Tobacco Treatment Specialist combined with free nicotine replacement and the support of others dealing with the same concerns.
