The lagoon provides our people with recreation, tranquil beauty and has fed our people for generations. The Festival is widely known for the quality of its food: linguine with red or white clam sauce, succulent shrimp, hearty clam chowder, fried fish & clam strips, steamed clams, crab cakes, pizza, hot dogs, and sausage, pepper & onion sandwiches are our featured culinary delights. We will serve cold draft beer, draft craft beer from Sebastian’s own Pareidolia Brewery, Smirnoff Ice, Not Your Father’s Root Beer, Not Your Father’s Mountain Ale, O’Doul’s non-alcoholic brew, and sodas! As an added touch, Pareidolia will provide two special craft beers, “ClamaJama IPA” and “Digger’s Golden Ale,” specially brewed for the Clambake!
