About the Event

The Event Get ready, Central Florida! The Rescue Run 5k is back, and it's time to lace up those running shoes for a fantastic cause! Gather your friends, family, and co-workers to form teams and unleash your competitive spirit as you race against other Seminole County supporters. Every stride you take will help raise vital funds for individuals facing homelessness, ensuring they receive the shelter and support they desperately need. 

It is a chip-timed race with awards to the Fastest Team Leaders and Top 3 finishers in several other age groups.

Event Schedule:

7:00 AM Race day registration and packet pick up opens

8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts 

9:15 AM: Kids Run

9:25 AM: Awards Presentation

Awards –  Finisher Medals - Top 3 Overall Males & Top 3 Overall Females - Age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
