The Novi BBQ Fest: Ribs & Whiskey boasts a lineup of national pitmasters, showcasing their signature BBQ dishes, from succulent ribs to smoky brisket, and everything in between.

But the festivities don’t stop there! This festival is not just about food; it’s also about entertainment and fun. The event will feature live music performances from a variety of talented artists, spanning different genres and styles. From blues and rock to country and jazz, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. We’ll also have a Cutest Puppy Contest Sat & Sun Sponsored by Family Puppy of Novi.

Welcome to the Finger-Lickin' BBQ Eating Contest
In this timed challenge, participants are tasked with devouring delicious BBQ fare without using their hands. Contestants will feast on a delectable spread of succulent BBQ and sides. With a twist of fun and a dash of competitive spirit, this event promises to be a finger-lickin’ good time.

Hot Sauce Eating Challenge
Those with a passion for fiery flavors and a bold spirit are invited to participate in the Hot Sauce Competition on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will face the challenge of sampling tortilla chips coated in a range of hot sauces, each crafted from a variety of peppers known to increase in heat on the Scoville scale, all while answering a series of "burning" questions.
