Tai Chi is an enjoyable exercise that can improve balance, relieve pain and improve health and the ability to do thing. It is a slow exercise that is easy to learn and good for all ability levels. Tai Chi can help quiet the mind with slow, methodical movements that have been proven to improve balance and lessen the pain associated with arthritis.
This program will be held twice a week for one hour for a total of 16 sessions. Virtual classes are being offered through Spectrum Generations.
