Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis Level II class builds on what you learned in the Tai Chi Level I class. In addition to learning new tai chi forms, you'll fine-tune your movements from Level 1. By performing a set of slow, smooth and continuous movements, your journey to decreased stress, improved balance and posture, and increased strength and flexibility will begin. You do not need to have arthritis to benefit from this program.
*Participants must complete the Tai Chi Level I class prior to participation in this class.
