T’ai Chi Chih -Joy Through Movement - is a series of 19 gentle movements that stimulate, circulate, and balance internal energy (Chi). Beginners encouraged to attend! No special clothing or equipment necessary.

Open to anyone impacted by cancer.

- Improved stamina
- Enhanced flexibility
- Heightened concentration
- Enriched quality of life and wellbeing

Donna Jungbluth, PTA, is an accredited T’ai Chi Chih instructor who has practiced this moving meditation for more than 10 years and has been an instructor in a variety of health settings, as well as teaching individual students. “No one ever got full from just reading the menu” is one of her favorite sayings, as a reminder to nourish the body and spirit.
