SwimRun Maryland is at Greenbrier State Park in western Maryland. Enjoy the man-made, fresh water lake and rolling terrain of the park trail system. Choose either the long course or short course distance. Both race distances are appropriate for all experience levels including first-timers.

Schedule:

6:00 AM - Athlete Check and Gear Check Opens
7:30 AM - Mandatory Pre-Race Athlete Meeting
8:00 AM – Race start
11:15 AM - Short Course Solo and Team awards ceremony
12:00 PM - All Long Course Teams must be thru Swim 4
1:15 PM - All Long Course Teams must be thru Swim 5
1:30 PM - Long Course award ceremony
2:30 PM - All participants must finish race
