About the Event

Resource yourself with a guided meditation for grounding amidst the changes of time and the world around you. Receive the support of instruction from the teacher during the 30-minute session to start the week from a place of greater centeredness. Part of the human experience is feeling stress, struggle, and suffering. While we do not control external conditions, we can choose to cultivate increased agency over how we respond to outside circumstances. No matter what is happening, there is always the possibility to turn towards kindness for ourselves and others. Whether grief, joy, or no emotions arise during the sit, you will be met with compassion.
