Shortly after sunrise, from mid-June through mid-July, rows of lawn chairs begin appearing between the limestone cliffs of Veterans Park. It's the time-honored method for reserving a prime spot for a great evening of live entertainment under the stars! Get your chairs ready for our 54th season of admission-free summer concerts, music and theater, and join your friends for a community tradition - The Springfield Arts Council's The Summer Arts Festival!

Phil Dirt and The Dozers:

Phil Dirt and the Dozers, America’s premiere “Rock ‘N R’oldies” revue (and the most popular vintage rock and roll show in the nation!) recaptures those wonderful days of vintage oldies… namely, the 50s, 60s, and 70s of Rock and Roll! With more appearances in Veterans Park Amphitheater than any other act, Phil Dirt and the Dozers’ Summer Arts Festival performances are almost as nostalgic as the music they lovingly present!

Admission-free outdoor event, donations accepted at intermission.
