A support group for anyone seeking information and support for overcoming harmful habits. Participants interact and help one another recover from addictive behaviors using principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The group emphasizes self-empowerment. There are four main areas of focus: building and maintaining motivation, managing thoughts, feelings, and actions, coping with urges, and living a balanced life.All are welcome.
