This group acts as a Forum for education, discussion and support for stroke survivors.

It is facilitated by fellow stroke survivors James Graham and Leanne Vasconcellos.

This group also offers the Stroke Peer Visitation Program, where experienced stroke peer volunteers visit, teach and support current Spaulding Cape Cod patients and families.
