Join us online to learn more about the effects of stroke, tools for coping and resources for survivors and caregivers.

We encourage stroke survivors, their families and caregivers to join us online to receive information and support in a relaxed environment.

Registration Not Required.

To join the online support group, complete the agreement form. Once we receive your consent, you will get an email with a link for the support group.
