Instructed by Jean Curtis. Learn a combination of stretching and self-massage techniques using a small therapy ball to improve muscle flexibility, joint mobility and elasticity of your connective tissues. Exercises will be performed standing and lying on a mat. This combination of exercises results in more ease of movement, reduced pain and less soreness from head to toe. Equipment provided.
