STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ADULT WOMEN 40+ -“A group strength and conditioning class for women that utilizes functional exercise to improve fitness. Modalities include dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight movements, and balance/agility drills. A different routine every class to keep it fresh and fun.
Fee: 14 class punch card for $100, or drop-in fee of $10 per class at the door.
