STRENGTH TRAINING- Beginner Level -A group strength and conditioning class that utilizes functional exercise to improve fitness. Modalities include dumbbells, medicine balls, body weight movements, and balance/agility drills. A different routine every class to keep it fresh and fun.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to pay. Cash, check payable to MNM or 8 punch card punches.
