In partnership with the City of Aiken Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, ARMC's Senior Wellness program offers the following events and activities at the Odell Weeks Activities Center, 1700 Whiskey Rd., Aiken. Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength and range of movement, as well as to improve daily living skills. This is a seated exercise class.
