Sarah Jane and that sultry voice of hers comes out of St Louis. With The Blue Notes, she brings you horn-infused swingin’ hot jazz and St Louis blues from the 20's to the 50's. The band focuses on the forgotten songs of the era.  It's a sound that blends speakeasy, New Orleans Dixieland, Harlem night club, juke joint, big band swing and old-time blues.    

Sarah Jane has been featured in Billie Holiday revues, torch song revues, and The Great Ladies of Jazz Revue.  a favorite among local festivals, as WELL as Art Deco Weekend 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 in Miami Beach. the Old Webster Jazz AND BLUES FESTIVAL, the Whitaker Music Festival, The Clayton Art Fair, The Benton Park Concert Series, The Glendale Jazz Festival, The Carondelet Concert Series in Fanetti Park, & The Maplewood Concert Series.
