During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to stay in touch with our social circle and our healthcare providers. Unfortunately staying in and staying safe has limited our social activities. The Senior Wellness Connection wants to help seniors reconnect.
Our Senior Wellness Connection program helps seniors stay connected with virtual classes on a variety of health topics including nutrition.
