A beginner level class designed to concentrate on strength and stability. This class is great for anyone new to strength training. Class includes the use of Power Cut Bars, weights, resistance tubing, discs, and thera-balls. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.
