Join the Teresa Cowart Remax team in supporting the SD Gunner Fund 5k at Belhaven Event Venue. It is a 5k/10k for the dogs and the Vets providing amazing support through the SD Gunner Foundation. They are passionate about helping veterans and first responders because they are ones themselves and experience the need and value of this kind of support personally.

D Gunner Fund, a registered 501(c)3 organization, has a mission to provide assistance to veterans, first responders, and exceptional children through the training and adoption of service animals. Service animals are trained to support individuals with mobility, hearing, psychiatric, and neurological disabilities. SDGF was founded in 2014 after founder, Britnee Kinard experienced first hand the lack of support programs that are available for veterans, after her husband suffered a traumatic brain injury serving as Sergeant of the US Army. Sergeant Hamilton Kinard is an OIF US Army Disabled Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient
