JOIN US and run this scenic Hempstead Lake State Park course! Choose between a 5K & 10K and follow it up with delicious refreshments by All Round Foods & Waterloo Sparkling Water!

FREE Kiddie Dreidel Dash 9AM

'Informal' bag check as elitefeats cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings. There will be an informal area to leave race belongings in the staging area.

Bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from start & finish.

Hydration will be provided at finish line.

High Quality Refreshments provided by All Round Foods & Waterloo Sparkling Water!

Age Group Online Recognition

There will be no awards but if you want to see how you stack up, these standings will be posted online and texted/emailed to you.
