Santa Run For Education

About the Event

We are excited to be hosting the 10th Annual Santa Run For Education! This annual event is a great way to kick off the Christmas Stroll and support the mission of the Bozeman Schools Foundation – to raise funds so we can help inspire, enrich, and create opportunities for our students and teachers through community support. Your generosity helps to support High School seniors with scholarships, provides a book for every 1st grader in the Bozeman School District, supports Bozeman Reads early literacy program, awards Spark Grants for teachers, provides school supplies to families, funds STEM and music grants, and allows us to continue our support of the Bozeman Public Schools, teachers, staff, and students.

We will award $1,000 to PACs of the top 3 participating schools in the Gallatin Valley including Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Monforton, Gateway, and more!  An additional $500 will be donated to each of the top 2 participating BSD7 sponsored clubs or teams from any of the BSD7 schools.

If extreme weather conditions are present, the race organizer reserves the right to convert the race into a virtual event only or cancel the race entirely.  

No refunds on registration fees. Dogs are not allowed at the race, but strollers are welcome!

Course Info:

The 5k race begins on Babcock behind the Willson Gym at 404 W. Main Street. The route will take runners in a loop from Babcock down south 8th toward MSU, east on Kagy and north on Willson to end again on Babcock behind the Willson Gym.  A virtual 5K will be offered for those of you who prefer to run on your own.

Cost:

2024 registrations: In-person and Virtual 5K prices are $25 for ages 5 to 13 and $35 for 14 and older.  Children 4 and under are free, but please register them.

All participants (5 and older) who register will receive a long sleeved race t-shirt.
