Join renowned chefs Mawa McQueen and Claudia Sandoval for an empowering, one-hour discussion designed for chefs and culinary professionals. This talk will dive into the challenges and rewards of physical well-being amidst career aspirations. Come prepared to share or just listen with your community of chefs and peers.

Let’s kick off this year’s SDFW with Sazarec, The Lafayette, and the amazing people who make this week happen. Join us for a round, some great swag, and a toast to San Diego’s vibrant culinary scene.
