About the Event

Event Schedule:

4:15PM - Runner check-in begins, please pickup your bib at least 10 minutes before your race.  You will use the same bib for each race.

4:45PM - 400 meter run

5:00PM - Mile Run

5:30 - 3200 meter run

6:00PM - 800 meter run

6:30PM - 5000 meter run

Runners will be placed in sections based on their ability/age. No age restrictions, if you can get around the track, then this race is for you!

For the sake of time, there is a time restriction for the 5k of 30 minutes.  If a runner cannot maintain a 30 minute pace they will be pulled from the track.
