Rock Steady Boxing is a fitness program designed to improve the mobility, balance and strength of people fighting Parkinson’s.

Program exercises consist of: 

- Non-contact boxing 
- Balance and mobility training 
- Voice activation 
- Strength training 
- Stretching 
- Camaraderie and fun

The program is designed to improve symptoms and quality of life while increasing neuroplasticity in the brain.

Classes are modified to benefit all levels of Parkinson’s. All coaches are certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches and include exercise specialists, boxing coaches, and an M.D.
