Want to quit smoking or other tobacco products? This free virtual class series, offered in partnership with Central Florida AHEC, meets weekly and gives you the tools to stop using any form of tobacco.

Spanish-language single classes are also available. Free nicotine replacement patches, gum or lozenges are available when appropriate.
