It consists of meditation, relaxation, physical movement, mind-body integration, and breathing exercises. Regular practice of Qi Gong can help boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, restore energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and help maintain a healthy active lifestyle. This class is a Zoom only class lead by Fred Popeski. Registration is required and once registered, you will receive the meeting ID and passcode for the class.
