Prince William Turkey Trot 5K and Mashed Potato Mile

About the Event

Fun Run Racing is partnering again with Hero’s Bridge to bring you the 2024 Prince William Turkey Trot. A portion of race proceeds will benefit Hero’s Bridge. All 5K runners and 1-mile runners will receive a custom race shirt, medal, custom bib, and a digital finisher’s certificate.

Race Start Times: 5K start time: 8:30
1 Mile start time: 9:30.

Course
Strollers: allowed - Dogs: not allowed due to safety concerns
The 5K has a course time limit of 55 minutes (18 min/mile).
The 1-Mile Run/Walk IS NOT timed.

Due to runner safety protocols, the race route is closed to spectators. Only authorized race staff, PWC Police, GMU police, and traffic control employees are permitted on the race route.

Swag And Awards
All 5K and 1-Mile runners will receive a custom race shirt, medal, custom bib, and a digital finisher’s certificate.
There is no formal awards ceremony – just pick your award up inside the gym! The top 3 overall men and women receive Running Store gift cards as follows: $75, $50, and $25. The top 3 male and female 5K finishers in each of the following 5K age groups receive Running Store gift cards ($15/$10/$5): 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. There are no age group awards for the 1-mile.
