Pre-diabetes class offers lifestyle education and resources for those with pre-diabetes.

Attend our 90-minute pre-diabetes program, Small Steps - Big Rewards which covers:

- Overview of pre-diabetes
- Risk assessment/management
- Healthful eating at home of dining out
- Physical activity
- Behavior awareness
- Stress management
- Goal setting
- Community resources
- Glucose monitoring demonstration

*Masks are required. Please call ahead before class in case class location or COVID requirements have changed.
