This class provides students with a Pilates mat challenge focused on strengthening and conditioning combined with a flowing yoga series which will encourage gentle yet deep stretching and control. The pairing with Pilates will allow you to burn more calories than yoga alone, while still getting the stretching and relaxing benefits. Modifications will be made available but participants should be comfortable working on a mat on the floor. All fitness levels welcome.
