This five-week Pilates class is a mat-based method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. The emphasis is on alignment and proper posture, breathing, core strength, and improved coordination and balance.

Cost for each class series is $35 for Years Ahead members and $45 for all others.
