Winneshiek Medical Center Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Department offers Pilates classes for people of all skill levels in at the Decorah Clinic.

Cost: Classes are $5 for one session, or $40 for 10 sessions

People can attend any or all classes by purchasing a punch pass for one class for $10, or a 5-class punch card ($45) or a 10-class punch card ($80).  There are discounts available for students and WMC staff.
