The Oyster Festival takes over three football field sized areas plus four blocks and offers a fun mixture of new activities and old favorites that are certain to entertain the entire family including live entertainment, ships, top-notch artisans, pirate shows, amusement rides, and the iconic oyster eating and shucking contest. And of course...the Food Courts, where volunteer chefs and culinary pros work side by side, cooking and serving dozens of unique oyster, clam and other seafood concoctions along with traditional festival fare.

Arts And Crafts:
Features approximately 135+ Artisans from across the country under three huge tents along the bay! All items are handcrafted, designed and created by each exhibitor!

Frank M. Flower And Sons Stage:
Family friendly entertainment and the 36th Anniversary Oyster Eating and Shucking Contests will take place on the Frank M. Flower & Sons, Inc. Stage throughout the weekend.

Food Court:
Named in honor of one of the beloved founders of the Oyster Festival, the New York Community Bank Tom Reardon Memorial Food Court is the Festival’s heart and soul. With more than 60+ food choices, even the pickiest eater will find much to savor! Our main attraction? Oysters, of course! Raw on the half shell, fried or in stew.  More than 60,000 will be consumed throughout the weekend, all donated by the owners of Frank M. Flower & Sons.

Amusement Rides:
For "kids" of all ages, featuring a myriad of activities including rides, interactive events and more. Amusement rides provided by Newton Shows, the oldest family-owned and operated carnival company on Long Island!
