Open gym at the VA Wellness Center (in Person at Suite 200)

After discussing any new exercise routine with your primary care doctor, Veterans are welcome to utilize the gym equipment.

Due to a limited capacity, Veterans need to sign up before attending, cutoff is prior day at noon.

Time: 8:00 am - 9:30 am and 10:00 am - 11:30 am
