When you join the medical weight loss program at Mercy Weight Management Center, you participate in a life plan, not just a diet.

You also join a community of people just like you. All of our community members are dedicated to losing the pounds that most of them have struggled with for years, practicing healthy behaviors and supporting others in the program

In our weekly nonsurgical weight loss classes, we weigh in to check our individual progress, discuss our challenges for the week, learn new dieting strategies and behaviors,

celebrate victories over the scale and encourage each other to stay on track. Most important, however, we always keep our eyes on the prize—to develop the life skills we need lose the weight and keep it off for life.*

Hosted by our experienced program health coaches, our group meetings take place every week at Mercy Weight Management Center.
